I be to London, England advice money, travel, food, tourist attractions?
- See my comment under your question!
- Big Ben is not so BIG. London Bridges is not really falling down. The last 2 Beatles are not in town. The Queen is really a QUEEN and Not the group. The PRINCE is not a rock star. The Beer is wonderful and drink it warm they do not drink it chilled in the Pubs. Order your self some fish and chips just once. Check out a Rugby Game. it is better than football. but it is their football. Soccer games are really dangerous over there. If you get a chance go away from the tourist attractions to see the Real England and Scotland and Wales. One more thing Enjoy YOURSELF
- are you going with someone? meeting someone? Why are ya going? vacation? Hope your happy with what ever you do
- stay away from the brothels :
- Bow when you see the queen. and from the practical point of view, do not make it TOO obvious you are an American
- take me with you lol. I hope you have a wonderful time and stay safe. take care
- wish i could. but have a really good time!
- Be safe, becareful and come back to us!
- do not eat near any big tourist attractions. The food will be horrible and extremely pricey. Go about half a mile to a mile away from the big tourist attraction to find really good food at a lower price. I have notice that's true every place I go in Europe. if you can, avoid hostels. The one I stayed at I was young, poor and dumb was beyond nasty. My friend and I took turns sleeping / standing watch. REALLY cheap way to stay in Europe is find a religious organization. When I went to Italy the second time, I stayed with a some nun's and donated like 150 bucks to them for the privelage. Find some cheap 3 hour tours. First time I went to Ireland, I took a three hour bus tour of Dublin for 60 american, and later in the afternoon I went back to the things I saw that really looked interesting - and I already knew the history about it so I could look and instead of and read. Hope this helps
- I am from Rome but lived in London for a while. I think the nicest spots are the Tower bridge and Camden Town. the area of the docks on the river Thames is nice too. I visited the British museum which is worth seeing. Hyde park is nice and relaxing. Soho is an area in central London with some small streets of Chinese and Italian restaurants. it is nice and cozy. Your first stop should be Piccadilly Circus, it is a very representative spot of London, then walk to nearby Leicester square and Trafalgar square. Travel cards daily or weekly let you travel on all tube lines and buses in chosen zones. you're gonna want zone 1 and 2 maybe. walk if you have time, central London is not very big, all the main sights are close to each other. go to a pub just after working hours, people usually meet there, have a drink beer or cider. some pubs do Fish and chips, it is very typical. have fun !

- Well you have to see the palace and the giant ferries wheel. Those are the ones at the top of my list. You have to go to a pub for a drink. From there you have to do your own research. visitlondon.com / ?WT. srch=1&WT. mc_id=us_ol_sem_0101022&gclid=COK5w8j12JACFQ9ZHgodMApqPA
